Markham Windows is a free referral service rather than a glazier, so this form reaches the people who match requests with independent local pros. Use it for questions about matching, a request you've already sent, or your personal information, and we'll answer in writing.

New job? Use the quote form

  1. Check the rules first, if they apply. For a house in a heritage district, read the heritage window guide. For a tower suite, the Markham Centre page covers what the condo board decides.
  2. Send the request with photos. The quote form goes straight to matching, and a photo of the whole window lets the pro see the job before calling.
  3. Come back here if it stalls. If the pro hasn't been in touch, write to us here and we'll look into it.

Questions, changes or privacy requests

  • A request that has gone quiet. Give your name and the job address. We'll find out where it stands and, if needed, pass it to another pro.
  • A change of plan. New photos, a different address or a cancelled job: tell us and we'll update or stop the referral.
  • Your personal information. Ask what we hold, which business received it, or to correct or delete it. See the privacy policy.
  • General questions. The FAQ and how it works answer most of them.

How we handle your message

Who reads what I send through this contact form?

The people at Markham Windows who handle requests read it, and our email and form providers process it for us. It goes to a pro only if you ask, for example to update a request they already have. We keep it as long as we need to answer and keep a record.

Does writing to you add me to a mailing list?

No. A message lets us reply about what you asked, nothing more. Tips or offers need your consent through the separate, unticked box, and every commercial email we send names us and carries a working unsubscribe, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
